Chad is a native Hoosier, born and raised near Indianapolis, Indiana. He moved to the Tampa Bay region in 2014 where he began his career as a Legal Assistant for a law firm in Pinellas County. Desiring to expand his knowledge and legal background, Chad matriculated at WMU-Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Riverview, Florida. He graduated from law school cum laude while simultaneously working throughout the entirety of his legal education. During law school, Chad was a Law Clerk for one of the largest law firms in Tampa who represent policyholders in property damage disputes.

Following his admission to the Florida Bar in 2019, Chad began representing victims of automobile collisions and slip and fall matters as well as representing clients in real estate transactions and litigation. He acquired his real estate license in 2021 in order to advance his expertise in Florida real estate. He joined Danahy & Dunnavant, P.A., as an associate attorney in November of 2021, and his practice now primarily focuses on advocating for policyholders, whose insurance carrier has wrongfully denied or underpaid an otherwise valid residential or commercial property damage claim. He also continues to represent clients in other various facets of real estate legal matters.

In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He also has the privilege of giving back to his community by volunteering as an officer on his local homeowners’ association and ensuring the residents therein have a phenomenal place to call home.
